A lawyer and economist by education, he also completed MBA studies at the Lublin University of Technology. For over nine years he gained experience in international financial institutions such as: Bank PEKAO S.A., Allianz Bank S.A., Kredyt Bank S.A., Noble Bank S.A., Citi Bank Handlowy S.A. In these institutions, he was responsible, inter alia, for building investment portfolios and for acquiring and maintaining contacts with affluent clients. Then he was responsible for obtaining financing for startup projects in private equity funds. During the last years of his professional career, he dealt with development companies as the General Director and Member of the Management Board. Since 2018, he has been involved in the use of blockchain technology and tokenization in development projects.

A mathematician by education with a financial specialization. For over 5 years he gained experience in global financial institutions such as: Bank Millennium S.A., Citi Bank Handlowy S.A., Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. as a Private Banking Manager. As part of his competencies, he was responsible for building individual relationships with the Bank's key retail clients, developing and implementing a long-term and diversified investment strategy for their portfolios. For the next 5 years, he was involved in obtaining financing for the development of startup and development projects as a Regional Director and Member of the Management Board. Since 2018, he has been involved in the use of blockchain technology and tokenization in development projects.

A graduate of the MBA program at the Maastricht School of Management, an economist (finance, corporate strategies)by education. For 14 years he gained professional experience in international corporations FM Logistic, RWE (now Innogy) in managerial, directorial, and management positions, responsible for financial controlling, operational controlling, and financial departments in companies. For the next 4 years, he was involved in building energy and development startups in Poland, among others for the JW Construction, CRE Energia, and EDF groups. Since 2018, he has been researching the use of blockchain technology in global projects.
