# How to buy UST

To buy property shares during the [property fundraising](/terra-land-academy/terra-land-platform/property-fundraising.md) or to buy [TLAND tokens](/terra-land-academy/terra-land-platform/tland-token.md) you need TerraUSD (UST).\
There are three possible ways to get UST: 

#### Centralised Exchange (CEX)

UST can be purchased directly from Kucoin Exchange or Binance Exchange and then sent to the Terra Station wallet.

#### Decentralised Exchange (DEX)

You can also buy (wrapped) UST from PancakeSwap (Binance Smart Chain) or Uniswap (Ethereum) and convert it to UST using the Terra Bridge. 

#### Swapping LUNA

The third option is to swap Luna to UST on Terra Swap.
