# Property Fundraising

Participating in property fundraising is the primary way to **purchase a property or part of it** on the Terra Land platform. Thanks to this, users can freely choose which particular property they want to buy and how much they are willing to pay for it.

The fundraising is organized under each of the properties offered on the Terra Land platform. The fundraising time is set individually by the team and can be completed very quickly depending on the number of participating users.
