# Real Property Token (RPT)

Real Property Tokens (RPT) are **the confirmation of the purchase of real property shares**. They are **security tokens** and **each investment has individual tokens**. RPT can only be traded on the Terra Land platform. For now, the purchase of RPT is only possible via UST.
